My Approach...
There are times when we may need some professional help to understand our sense of self, our purpose & to maxamize our potential.
My approach to ADHD assessments incorporates both evidenced-based assessment measures as well as strengths-based & cognitive-behavioral (CBT) frameworks to help one better understand oneself, areas of strengths and ADHD tools to succeed academically, relationally and professionally.
My style is interactive, collobarative & goal-oriented.
“If you don’t fail, you’re not even trying.”
~ Denzel Washington
